Twitter
In the last year we have really enjoyed using Twitter as one of the ways we have engaged with patients, carers and the public.  During this time @NHSManchester has posted over 3800 tweets and gained 3000+ followers.

Throughout October to December 2011 we asked for feedback from our followers on how we used Twitter and here is what some of them had to say:

Analysis of our Twitter account in March 2012 :

  • Our last 50 tweets reached 15,246 people with 180,014 impressions (Tweetreach http://tweetreach.com/)
  • We are the most-followed Primary Care Trust in the UK on Twitter (with more than 6,555 followers)
  • We have a Tweetlevel score of 72.3, which makes us a "Twitter Superstar in our segment" (Tweetlevel http://tweetlevel.edelman.com/Home.aspx)
  • Our Tweets are graded 100 out of 100 for quality on TweetGrader (http://tweet.grader.com/) and we are ranked in the top six per cent of all Twitter profiles signed up to Tweetgrader
  • We have a Klout (http://klout.com/) score of 49
  • Our social media Peer Index (http://www.peerindex.com/) score is 52
  • We have an average Twitalyzer (http://twitalyzer.com/) impact score in the last 30 days of 8% (putting us in the 94th percentile of all Twitter users) and is classified by Twitalyzer as a Everyday User (having a small circle of influence but great potential).
