Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team

The community stroke rehabilitation team provides rehabilitation for adults living in North Manchester who have had a stroke and have ongoing rehabilitation needs.
These may be addressed in the individual's own home and/or local community. The aim is to encourage a better quality of life.
