Operational Plan
Each year PCTs draw up an operational plan which sets out what they plan to achieve in the following twelve months and how they plan to achieve it. The content of the plan is focused upon delivery of two things. Firstly the expectations placed upon us by government policy, and secondly the delivery of locally determined objectives which support our Commissioning Strategic Plan.
